About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, full-cycle Senior Recruiter with a strong grasp of specialized E-Commerce and marketing recruitment. This role will be instrumental in shaping TalentPop’s bespoke and fractional recruiting services — working closely with Operations and Recruitment Leadership to build, refine, and execute end-to-end hiring strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll play a key role in developing a high-touch recruitment process that blends efficiency, precision, and exceptional candidate and client experience. This is an opportunity to help define a new standard of professional recruiting within the E-Commerce industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized E-Commerce roles (e.g., Director of CX, Customer Service Manager, Director of E-Commerce, Marketing team members, etc..
- Partner with Business Operations and Recruitment Leadership teams to refine and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Drive proactive outreach and talent sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and qualify high-caliber professionals within the E-Commerce and marketing space.
- Oversee application workflows leveraging automation to maintain accuracy, speed, and quality in candidate selection.
- Lead candidate communications — from outreach and interview coordination to feedback and client handoff.
- Manage all communication between you and the client to ensure they’re up to date very step of the way on our progress with fulfilling their role
- Participate in client kickoff calls to gather critical information on role expectations, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Translate client requirements into clear screening logic and qualification standards that support automation and efficiency.
- Support with the monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and placements per month.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, technology, and candidate experience continuously.
Ideal Skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within E-Commerce, marketing, or agency environments.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates for specialized or leadership-level roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity and/or proficiency with recruitment and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus; however, we’re happy to train the right candidate on our internal systems.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
