We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for the best-in-class Process and Automation Specialist to join our team and support our day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities
- Understanding, developing, and refining operational processes across various departments
- Connect on calls with department leaders to understand and enhance the processes and SOPs of each department
- Developing/updating SOPs that can be utilized when a new process is launched
- Creating new automations as well as maintaining/optimizing existing automations through proficiency with Automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Zapier)
- Creating organized documentation of automations used per department
- Troubleshooting both HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations to resolve errors
- Optimizing/suggesting modifications to existing processes
- Administrative/onboarding support for the Business Operations department
- Additional administrative tasks to support the organization as needed

- Familiarity with Apollo.io and Instantly.ai preferred
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on Hubspot backend experience (specifically automation, object, and data management) is required
- At least 1 year of hands-on Zapier experience (specifically creating and refining workflows) is required
- Proficiency with Google Suite/Workspace, particularly Spreadsheets/Excel
- Proficiency and passion for automation and automating processes
- PASSION for learning — willingness to learn every day, with a passion specifically for diving into new software
- Ability to understand complex ideas and automated processes
