About the Role

Your mission as a Marketing Assistant at TalentPop is to support our marketing initiatives as a lean, fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with project management for our TalentPop’s media outlet, CXplained
  • Manage and maintain content on our Webflow platform, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of published material
  • Assisting with creation & posting of content for use on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Track and report on marketing campaigns, analyzing data to identify trends and insights
  • Assist in engaging and moderating our Slack community
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and hosting online events (webinars, workshops, AMAs)
  • Manage external copywriters (assign briefs, review content, and ensure deadlines are met)
  • Create and manage UTM links to effectively track campaign performance
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for growth
  • Assisting with Hubspot workflows and Zapier automations, as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Copywriting experience (1+ years) highly desirable
  • Hubspot experience (1+ years) preferred
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce, marketing, and customer service
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Knowledge of Notion is a plus
  • Knowledge/Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
  • Able to communicate via Zoom, phone, Slack, and email
