About the Role

TalentPop is a fast growing-start up, working with leading E-Commerce companies to provide a White-Glove Solution to their Customer Experience needs. Currently partnered with huge E-Commerce software providers like Gorgias, Attentive, and Route and working with top brands including CorePower Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Liquid I.V. — we have over 800 active accounts and are looking for a partnership expert to help us continue to spread the world on our solution! As a key member of TalentPop, your mission is to build and nurture relationships with Agency and Technology Partners, ensuring they are thoroughly informed about our service offerings and recognize TalentPop as the leading customer service solution for E-Commerce businesses. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring companies seeking a Customer Experience Solution are well-educated on TalentPop’s services and the critical importance of enhancing the customer experience for their customers.

Responsibilities

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Establish and connect with new Agency/Technology Partners, educating them on TalentPop’s service offerings and how we can benefit their clients.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring they are up-to-date on TalentPop’s latest developments and mutual opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM, tracking the status of partnership relationships.
  • Continuously optimize the partnership pipeline by leveraging data analysis at each step of the process.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in the E-Commerce space.
  • Regularly follow up and maintain strong relationships with partners and client-facing teams to stay top of mind.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to monitor the partnership pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and Lunch and Learns with client-facing teams at partner organizations to address any questions about TalentPop.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Teams to drive lead flow back to partners and add value to the partnership.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop partner enablement documentation for partners and their client-facing teams.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining partnership reports to be presented to the Founders during team meetings.
  • Planning and driving in-person events with partners to drive incremental leads and TalentPop brand awareness

Ideal Skills

  • 1+ Year in Partnerships/Sales or 1+ year working for a SaaS/service based business that services e-commerce
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for partner meetings, events, and team offsites
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Relentless drive to break down new doors and open opportunities
  • Reliable, organized and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation Tools (Zapier, Hubspot Automation)
  • Data-driven mindset with a hunger to test new ideas & optimize strategy based on daily, weekly, and monthly analytical results 
  • PASSION for learning — willingness to learn every day
  • Experience in the E-commerce space from an agency or SaaS company perspective
  • Previous partnerships/sales experience
  • Resourceful, proactive, and communicative; willing to take on multiple tasks, and wear different hats when needed!
