About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you won't just handle tasks—you'll be the force that drives leaders forward. You will provide essential, high-level support to our clients' leadership teams, allowing them to focus on what they do best: innovating and scaling their businesses. You'll masterfully manage complex calendars, organize high-stakes meetings and travel, and serve as a crucial gatekeeper. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems will make you an invaluable asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, emails, travel, and logistics with precision
- Support high-stakes decision-making through research and preparation
- Coordinate projects end-to-end with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Act as a trusted liaison between clients and stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional communication
Ideal Skills
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives or high-level clients.
- A clear, confident, and highly discreet communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- A resourceful and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with productivity software and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. business hours.
Internet and Device Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (25 mbps minimum).
- Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 mbps).
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent) or higher
Note: If your internet connection speed is lower than 20 Mbps or you do not have a backup internet connection available, you will be required to set this up prior to working with us. Failure to have a backup internet source is a violation of our internal Policy and may result in termination.
