About the Role
Your mission as a Creative Growth Team Lead at TalentPop is to support our clients through coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day management of their fully remote contracted agents. The Creative Growth Assistant Team Lead oversees Creative Growth Assistants, ensuring high-quality creative outputs that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and client expectations. This role focuses on creative quality, brand consistency, coaching, and strategic execution, while maintaining efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Creative Performance Oversight
- Monitor quality, consistency, and output of creative deliverables including:
- Graphic designs
- Video edits
- Social media assets
- Marketing visuals and presentations
- Ensure work meets brand guidelines and creative briefs.
Task Prioritization & Creative Planning
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
- Balance creative workload across timelines, revisions, and campaigns.
- Coordinate deadlines across multiple creative requests and clients.
Quality Assurance & Skill Development
- Review and approve creative outputs before client submission (client-dependent).
- Ensure:
- Brand alignment and visual consistency
- Messaging accuracy
- Technical quality (format, resolution, platform specs)
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to creatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
Coaching Mentorship & Skill Development
- Coach creatives on:
- Design and editing best practices
- Brand interpretation
- Efficiency and iteration management
- Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling or tools.
- Foster creative growth while maintaining accountability.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance efficiency and creativity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferably in growth, operations, or creative functions).
- Strong understanding of both growth/marketing processes and creative workflows.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance efficiency and creativity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Technical Requirements
Internet Requirements
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (30 mbps minimum)
- Backup internet connection is required (15 Mbps minimum)
Hardware Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with a Minimum Core i5 or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB RAM or equivalent system specifications
- Desktop/Laptop PC only (no tablets or smartphones allowed for working tools)
Power Requirements
- Must have a reliable power source with minimal power outages
- Having a backup power source is also highly recommended (e.g generator, Portable power station)
- Having a backup location you can go to during a power outage (family member’s house, friend’s house, internet cafe, or a co-working space) is required for all TalentPop Team members
