About the Role
As a Brand Concierge Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between customer service and sales. Your role will involve proactively assisting customers, recovering abandoned carts, and maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell to increase conversions.
- Recover abandoned carts and follow up with potential buyers.
- Assist with customer inquiries, subscriptions, cancellations, and returns.
- Track interactions and meet sales and engagement KPIs using CRM tools.
Ideal Skills
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- 1 year of customer service over the phone, email or chat. Experience with e-commerce is not required but highly preferrable
- Strong persuasive communication skills with a focus on conversion.
- Experience in CRM tools, Shopify, and customer engagement platforms.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
