About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist at TalentPop, you will play an important role in shaping the quality of our hiring pipeline by identifying strong talent early in the process and helping ensure an efficient, thoughtful, and high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Review candidate applications and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Evaluate recorded self-guided initial interviews and recommend candidates for the next stage
- Conduct live final interviews with candidates via Zoom
- Manage inbound emails from candidates and internal team members
- Oversee internal communication within the TalentPop team via Slack
- Develop strong working knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and other internal tools
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment discussions
- Help create and improve SOPs and training materials for new hires
- Collaborate closely with recruitment managers and assistants to align recruitment needs

Qualifications
- 1 year minimum recruitment experience or customer-facing roles required
- 1-2 years minimum customer service experience in the BPO industry preferred
- Experience/understanding of E-Commerce
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
Internet and Device Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum).
- Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 mbps).
- A working camera and good noise-cancelling headphones are required.
- All applicants will be required to send the most recent speedtest for approval for both their primary and backup internet connections.
Note: If your internet connection speed is lower than 20 Mbps or you do not have a backup internet connection available, you will be required to set this up prior to working with us. Failure to have a backup internet source is a violation of our internal Policy and may result in termination.
