About the Role
In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize scalable leadership development programs for our global remote workforce. As the first dedicated member of the L&D function, you’ll collaborate closely with our Training Team, department heads, and company leadership to identify skill gaps, define development frameworks, and build initiatives that foster growth, leadership capability, and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and establish the foundational structure for the Learning & Development function, collaborating with leadership to define long-term strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with the Training Team to assess current training frameworks and integrate leadership and professional development programs across all departments.
- Design and launch scalable learning programs (e.g., leadership readiness, communication, management, technical upskilling and AI-readiness).
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in leadership capability, soft skills, and role-specific competencies across the organization.
- Develop and manage learning content—including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching programs—that align with company goals and cultural values.
- Create measurable success metrics for all programs to evaluate impact and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Country Managers, Department Heads, HR, and Operations to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
- Establish foundational tools and systems for learning delivery (LMS, assessments, analytics) to support consistency and scalability.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, remote workforce enablement, and learning technology.
Ideal Skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Organizational Development within the BPO industry.
- Proven experience building or scaling L&D programs from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and program evaluation.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
